Software or tech development companies which engage in international business can be very attractive to other similar firms who are looking to expand or network with their peers. This factor also motivates software companies to outsource some of their projects to offshore software companies in order to access global markets. In this era of competition software companies tend to spread their goodwill into the global market by penetrating into different geographical markets and regions. (Aitzaz, S. 2016)
