Why is it critical to collect baseline data for evaluation purposes prior to an intervention?

		if you don't have data to make pretty graphs, nobody will want to come to your presentation at the end
		Without that information, the intervention will be destined to fail
		Participants in the program may request that baseline data
		You need to have an idea of the level of the problem without your efforts being a factor in order to compare later
		That information must be submitted to the institutional review board 30 days prior to the intervention
