Would a Hierarchical culture tend to have a mechanistic or organic design? Explain. What about a company with an Entrepreneurial culture; would it tend to have a mechanistic or organic design? Explain.
3. Comment on the relationship between Human Resource Management and building an organizational culture. Can this lead to discriminatory decisions and behaviors?
