Given a binary classifier that is completely random, and a data set with 1/4 of the people have cancer disease, and 3/4 do not. Show that recall = False-positive rate for all possible test thresholds, and the diagonal line makes sense. What is the area under the curve for this useless predictor? Use Python if needed.
