So I choose to create a wedding events concept These are the list that I have to consider in organizing wedding event. 1. As an event organizer, the first thing I would do is to ask about their budget. 2. After knowing their budget that's where I wil start planning the event. 3. I'll ask about the theme they prefer and, if possible, show my sample for the wedding theme so that they can get an idea from my samples. 4. And the next questions I'll ask is about the venue, where they want it to be held, as an organizer I should also suggest a venue that fit their theme and if the theme they choose is fairytale wedding then the best venue can be waterfront mansion, or hilltop outdoor wedding. 5. Next is to find out their guest list and how many people they want to attend the wedding in order to finalize the venue. 6. I'll ask if they've already decided on a month and date for their wedding, as well as the time, then I will suggest the time that best for their theme and because a fairytale wedding needs to be held outdoors, so it is best if the wedding is help in the late afternoon. 7. After gathering information about the wedding from the customer, it's time to meet with my event team here to go over the information that I've gathered so that my teammates have an idea of the event that we'll be doing and I can get ideas from each of them as well. 8. It's time to analyze the wedding event, like the venue, I should have many options and do some research about that area, or it is better to visit the area to find out if it is safe, if it can accommodate all of the guests, and if the venue suited for the budget of the event. 9. Lastly is to finalize the event or the final look, I can create a checklist so that I know if everything is complete, so it can help to avoid problems on the wedding day
