If I wanted to add a form of project management experience to my resume, she advised that I could try volunteering and taking the lead on a project, by scheduling and organizing, seeing the project over from start to finish.

The second video I chose was for a Project Management Specialist for PGIM Fixed Income. The position entails working with several groups at a time to accomplish various business objectives, organizing with all parties to get an overall view of the objective at hand, defining the project, and developing a plan to achieve the required goal.
