For example with patents, what would be the "punishment" or enforcement I should say when someone when dealing with infringement under common law and statutory law? I think it is damages and injunction, but do not know which laws these go under, such as for damages, does this go under common law or statutory law? Furthermore, what does criminal law go under as I know for violating some intellectual property a person can be incerated.
