It's difficult to develop the perfect product or service for your target market unless you know exactly what they want or need. Surveys also provide excellent feedback to allowing businesses to stay current with trends and new interests. Companies are constantly reinventing themselves and their products to comply with a shifting and often fickled consumer market.

For our final course discussion, I am very interested in your take on this online class. Did you learn the material you hoped to have acquired? Was the class too rigorous? Not rigorous enough?
