This Assignment is a $14-$day project which uses a previous Assignment $($Feasibility Study of AMMI CRM$)$ and all the theories we have covered so far, mainly Analysis, Design, User Interfaces and CASE Tools in order to build a usable application. It will count as part of your Final Exam.

Short Description of Assignment

Use the hypothetical Association "AMMI" to apply the knowledge earned so far in order to Analyse and Design an Information System to cover the Association's needs. We are going to use a free CASE tool called Zoho Creator. See the document "Build a Custom CRM with Zoho Creator"

"AMMI" Description

"AMMI" is an association with $150$ Members and $50$ Sponsors. Its purpose is to provide education to its Members and act as a contact point between Members and Sponsors.

"AMMI" has decided that a new CRM System is needed to replace the existing system. The main reason is to allow more than one user to update & consult the system from anywhere.

The new system for "AMMI" will allow the management of Personal Details and Financial Status of Members and Sponsors of the Association plus the Accounting of the Association, via one integrated program.

The existing system is PC based and consists of one Excel Worksheet for the Members, another Excel Worksheet for Sponsors, one program that manages the Sponsors and prints Invoices & Receipts, an Accounting program that manages Invoices and Expenses handled by an Accountant, and a paper archive of Invoices and Receipts managed by the Treasurer

The new system must be Server$-$based or Cloud$-$based, allowing up to $5$ users to work concurrently from PCs$,$ Tablets, and Mobile phones, send$/$receive emails and print several Reports.
