Within the scope of this assignment, you are firstly expected to introduce any company (it can be any SME or large business in the manufacturing or service sector). You can select any company that you know well, or you can talk to someone who is the owner of the company or who is working for that company. It will be enough to briefly introduce the company and explain the production processes. Afterwards, you should specify your suggestions on issues such as problems identified in the production processes, aspects that are open to development, and suggestions for improvement.
