What are the legal requirements regarding Client Centred Care that apply to that health care organisation?

What is your workplace's approach to those requirements, including approach to documentation?

How is the process in place to protect, engage and support your clients?

How are client complaints used in improvement activities?

How do ethics guide client centre care?

How is the approach monitored and maintained?

What additional responsibilities surround client centred care when handling health issues facing the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities?Include how workers should be aware of cultural, historical and current issues impacting on health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people

Ensure your report details the finding from the interviews

Make a recommendation for improvement, for any or all of the issues reviewed above, based on research you have conducted into how other health care providers approach client centred care.
