Objective: Use the provided AoA $($Activity on Arrow$)$ network diagram to determine the project's shortest completion time $($the critical path$),$ and the effect of increased work effort on a task. Tasks:

$1.$ Calculate the earliest completion time of the project.

$2.$ Identify the critical path in the network $($to be highlighted in red$).$

$3.$ Decide which task to expedite $($if work effort is doubled$)$ to reduce the overall project time.
