Objective: The objective of this assignment is to describe the IT requirements of a

selected organization of your choice and develop an information systems plan that

addresses the future IT needs of the organization.

Instructions:

$1.$ Select an organization of your choice $($it could be your own organization, a

friend's or relative's organization, a local business, or a public organization$)$

and obtain permission from the organization to use their information for this

assignment.

$2.$ Conduct research on the organization to gather information on the different

types of information systems, hardware, and software used by the

organization. You can use internal sources like company websites, annual

reports, and other company publications or external sources such as news

articles and online databases.

$3.$ Describe the current IT requirements of the organization and identify any gaps

in the current information systems. You may consider conducting an interview

with the IT department or key staff members to get a better understanding of

the organization's current IT environment and its limitations$.$

$4.$ Determine the data gathered in step $2$ and $3$ to identify the strengths and

weaknesses of the organization's current IT infrastructure. You should identify

the different types of information systems, hardware, and software used by

the organization and provide a brief description of each.

$5.$ Develop an information systems plan that addresses the future IT needs of

the organization. The plan should include the following components:
