Work the following problems. Full datasets for the problems are provided in the attached Excel file. For each problem, you may work the problem completely by hand or use appropriate software. If you do the work by hand, your charts and/or diagrams should be neat and legible. Setup for Problems 1 and 2: A company that manufactures a field instrument used by geologists keeps track of units that are returned for repairs. Each returned unit is assigned a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. For each RMA, the RMA date and reason for return is recorded. For 2021, a total of 55 RMAS were issued. The data for these RMAS is provided in the RMA Data tab of the Excel file.
