Note: Dear honorable team, my organization is National Procurement Authority of Afghanistan( NPA), which the main responsibility of this organization is to facilitate and award huge contracts or contracts which are above of the authority of another governmental administrations to contractors. and the major problem of this organization is pressure of external and internal stakeholders including governmental ministries and parliament to struggle against corruption and collusion, in fact the NPA is trying to maintaining the transparency and struggling against corruption and collusion in awarding contracts.
