For this first message, you'll need to ask people at work to stop doing something that they won't want to stop doing. In other words, you anticipate that this message will be met with resistance. However, if you write this message well, and really do a good job considering your audience, the next message will be rather hard to write. What you ask people to stop doing will vary depending on the workplace setting you are using for your scenario.
