In order to review the cases to support your argument you are to use CanLII. The following link will take you to the Ontario Labour Arbitration Awards section of the website, make sure your cases are representative of Ontario https://www.can|ii.org/en/on/onla/ Remember that you can focus your cases on specific aspects of your own case. You do not have to find exact matches, only elements that are similar based on circumstances, collective agreement language, or arbitrator decision. You can find cases that back up your own sides interpretation or you could find cases that undermines your opponents' case. You can attack this from multiple angles, be creative! The format and content of the report should be as follows: (Please use the identified headings.) 1. STATEMENT OF GRIEVANCE/DESIRED OUTCOME, including type/category of grievance, and your desired settlement. The position of the side you are representing, and your main arguments should be clearly summarized in this section. 2. APPLICABLE AGREEMENT ARTICLElS) - this section outlines which articles (2-3) from the collective agreement you feel are relevant to the issue at hand, and your explanation of their relevance.
