Working individually, you will produce a report that critically analyses grocery store or family business

with which you are familiar.

Drawing on an understanding of the module, the analysis must include each of the following sections:

1)

Describe the firm, its business context and its characteristics (15%);

2)

Conduct a detailed analysis for the chosen firm and 2-3 challenges it faces (50%);

3)

Provide a detailed set of recommendations to improve the management of the firm (25%);

4)

Provide a self-reflection that considers what you have learned about your own capabilities for

managing an entrepreneurial or family from your engagement with the module (10%)
