Working on a researh project being conducted at a certain company $($have not found a company yet$),$ rewrite the information about ethics below to align with the research topic: Optimization of inventory management through data analytics. Ethics $($should satisfy these conditions$)$: $1.$ Ethical issue recognition $($ recognises key ethical issues and has adequate plans to manage any risks$),2.$ Ethical concepts and obligations $($adequately applies ethical concepts and obligations$).$ Informed consent, first thing participants will be briefed about the research and all types of questions to be asked. Every participant is given a choice to choose to participate, they have a right to refuse. Protection to harm, all participants will be protected from physical and mental harm. They not going to be embarrassed, frightened, offended. Participants will be allowed to leave the study or withdraw if they feel uncomfortable with the questions or if they are not comfortable with the subject matter. During the height measurements all precautions will be taken to protect them from harm. Confidentiality, use of codes will be used to identify participants. No personal information will be requested from the participants but only industry related. Honesty and integrity, all the question being asked will be in line with the brief that was given before the study. All the data collected will be used as it is$,$ no alteration will be done. Participants responses and data will be presented immediately after the session. Harassment, as this will cause harm to the participants. Equality, to avoid discrimination. Everyone is treated equally with courtesy and respect regardless of ethnicity, gender, age etc. Acknowledgement of works of other authors to avoid plagiarism because it is a form of theft. Other peoples ideas and words will be acknowledged. Openness, where the researcher will share the data, ideas, tools, and resources bringing excellent opportunities. Respect for participants and fairly treatment. A researcher recognize that each person has a right and capacity to make his or her own decisions. Participants are respected individual, cultural and role differences. Legitimacy on the data collected. The data will be accuracy,publication, and dissemination. Establish an inclusive environment early so that all participants feel comfortable expressing themselves. Examine the companys background and biases, to have an idea of the participants that the researcher would be working with. Make a commitment to dig deeper into the data, both qualitative and quantitative, disaggregating data, explore connections across groups and discuss the trends with appropriate context. The researcher must be aware of religious holidays to avoid collecting data from participants on inconvenience days so that everyone is included. Avoid assumptions about participants background to increase potential within participants. Be aware of unconscious bias to avoid stereotyping when doing my research and think equally about all participants. Make the questions to be as neutral as possible and not bias to avoid getting inconsistent data to and to accommodate everyone. Avoid questions that are not social identity related since my research has nothing to do with them. Promote equity by reducing race and gender barriers to the research. Seek and incorporate diverse perspectives. Continually develop my understanding of equity and inclusivity so that the researcher stays on the lane during my research. Develop practises that support and include all team members. Assess researchers needs and resources by knowing the ethics challenges, and the highest areas with risk. Risk assessment to identify existing strengths and areas of vulnerability. Establish a strong foundation, such as weighing the risks against benefits, acting responsibly and with integrity, looking for justice and respecting other peoples rights. Build culture of integrity by communicating ethical expectations and keeping my word. Keep values focus by following the consent rules, minimising the risks of harm etc. Evaluate and revise as needed, as they are always changing therefore, he$/$she must regularly check the progress and changes. It will be a researchers responsibility to keep the companys information to their selves and be held accountable if by any chance the information leak. Discuss intellectual property frankly. Follow informed consent rules. It ensures that the individuals are voluntarily participating, and they are aware of all the risks. They will tell all the participants can decline or withdraw from the research once it starts. Respect confidentiality and privacy. As the participants have the right to confidentiality and privacy, it is always a good to ask the participants if they are willing to talk about sensitive topics for example if whether they feel too tired after work or how they are treated at work. Tap into ethics resources, by knowing the participants ethical obligations and the resources available to them. Respect for property interests, that is before collecting information from the company the researcher handed the request letter to the HR asking permission for using the companys property. Copying information from website is always paraphrased and cited accordingly. Authors achievement for any source is respected by always acknowledging them by citing. For other peoples previous research, the research always asks for their work to check how they go about doing their research as a guide. As a university student and a researcher he was granted the social right of free access to information at a company.
