As the participants have the right to confidentiality and privacy, it is always a good to ask the participants if they are willing to talk about sensitive topics for example if whether they feel too tired after work or how they are treated at work. Tap into ethics resources, by knowing the participants ethical obligations and the resources available to them. Respect for property interests, that is before collecting information from the company the researcher handed the request letter to the HR asking permission for using the companys property.
