For this assignment, you will use your personal experience to explore how workplace conditions and safety are protected by legislation in Ontario.

If you are currently working in a non-unionized workplace (or have in the past), explain 3 ways that you are or were protected by at least 3 of the following pieces of legislation:

Employment Standards Act (ESA)

Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)

Workers Compensation Act (WSIA)

Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)

Format: You can create a short video presentation, a PowerPoint slide show, a collage with explanatory text, a promotional poster, or another format, in consultation with your professor.
