The accident involved a trucking company, with the truck driver and the trucking company being both from Missouri while the Plaintiffs reside in Arkansas as well as where the accident happened. Furthermore, I plan on using the driver as well as the owner of the truck under vicarious liability and negligent hiring, supervising, and retention, joint and several liability and respondent superior.  What jurisdiction should I file in?
