- A new exercise program involving goal-oriented visits from a rheumatologist was devised for patients with osteoarthritis ofthe knee (Sedgwick, 2010). - The exercise program was assessed using a treatment group to ascertain whether it provided benefits in terms of weight management and physical activity.
