Would this be considered an internal proposal letter?

I would like to propose for Natesha Hill to become promoted to Supervisor. Natesha demonstrates commitment through her reliability, integrity and strong work- ethic. Natesha is self-reliable and continues to demonstrate a strong desire to grow as an employee, and a team member of this company. Natesha is a competent employee who has the ability to perform her duties independently.

Natesha has demonstrated to have the ability to perform outside the scope of her role as a Relationship Banker II. Natesha enjoys new challenges and responds to them effectively. Natesha often works autonomously and always displays confidence and professionalism. Natesha also proven to be a fast learner. She is committed, driven, responsible and utilizes her time productively. Natesha does so, by placing focus on putting knowledge into practice with the customers and her peers at work.

The past quarter our goal was 1100 points for branch 220. We accomplished that goal at 110%. Natesha maxed out her personal goal at 120%. The region manager has awarded her for Outstanding Customer Experience Service for April, November, May, and January, this year alone. Alongside with, Employee of the Month for the last four months of her second year in the company (2020).

I believe Natesha will go splendid with our management team in the Lakeshore region. She will be a valuable addition to the team. I am more than eager to be part of Nateshas growth within the company as she continues her career with TCF. In recognition of Nateshas performance. I believe she is ready to be promoted to supervisor and help us make this company grow along side of branch 220 before the third quarter of 2021.
