Would this be correct for an EERD diagram? 

 

For a long tour, the manager needs to record the status information at each stop over point. The status information includes entry time, exit time and the day.

 

 

 

 

Also, for a many-to-many relationship, who inherits the foreign key? I don't need an associative entity as I have no data to store between them. Just need the many to many, but am confused as to which one inherits the foreign, or if they both inherit each others.
