Managers now HAVE TO EMBRACE CHANGE. Years ago the business world was an old boys club with the mentality that this is how we have always done things and this is how we will continue to do them. That mindset is death in todays market. If youre not learning, changing, and growing youre dying. Managers must always keep their thumb on the pulse of what is new and innovative, they have to know what is going on so they can anticipate the future.
