Would you be able to provide an operational definition that more than one person can take data on, such that the data is consistent between the observers? Behavior analysts are unable to measure desire, for example, and therefore we resort to defining behavior in terms of what can be observed topographically, functionally and contextually. In addition, sometimes aggressive behavior does not have an underlying component of anger. Could you please consider this in your operational definition?

In addition, using the ten guiding questions and suggestions regarding how to prioritize target behaviors provided by Cooper, Heron, and Heward (2019), address the social significance of the target behavior for the hypothetical client. Make a case for why this target behavior should be assessed and then intervened upon.
