Develop a list of 8 standards or requirements to measure the success of the implemented project. Be sure all standards or requirements for implementation are specific, measurable, and time-bound. For example, a requirement might be that 90 percent of employees have logged in to an assigned course within 3 months. Remember, these are not generic project management goals, these are specific to the implemented CSUP project and how they will be able to know that what you implemented worked as intended. Write a brief description of each standard or requirement.

Explain why the evaluation requirements for the implementation of this project may change over time. Your explanation must be based on the list of standards and requirements you prepared that will measure the implemented project's progress at its completion. This section must discuss how those evaluation measures may need adjustment at 6 months into its usage and again at 12 months after being launched. This section acknowledges that evaluation standards or requirements will change over time.

Explain how you will close the CSUP project, including the value of creating a list of lessons learned, as the project completion nears. It is important to end through a formalized closing process. Consider how properly closing out projects can help the organization in the future. Incorporate what you learned in your Week 4 collaborative discussion into your plans for the closing meeting.
