Prints your full name and Student ID

Asks the user to enter the number of days N (nonnegative integer)

Pass the value N to a recursive C function named COVID19 that takes only the number of days (N) since the first infection and returns the number of infections after N days of the first infection.

Prints the result returned by the function COVID19
