Write aC++ programthat multiplies two INTEGER matrices given to you in two files whose names will be passed via command line arguments, your program must print out the output matrix to STDOUT in the same format as the matrices in files:

IMPORTANT NOTE: we are changing the format of input matrix to have a first line that includes the number of rows and columns in the first line. The output format is not changed, just the resulting matrix should be output.
