Write a C program that uses Insertion Sort and Merge Sort. Enter your coordinates (x, y), enter the coordinates of a person, ask if that person is sick or healthy. Do nothing with the healthy people, and only sort the sick people. Sort the list of sick people by their distance from your base coordinates. In case of ties, the lower x value or y value comes first.
