Requirement: The program will show a grade report by creating a $10$X$4$ table with $3$ columns of randomly generated marks $($int type$)$ and a total mark column $($double type$)$ for $10$ students. It will print the grades in a tabular format as shown in the required output, showing the titles of course mark $(30\%),$ the midterm exam marks $(30\%),$ the final exam marks $(40\%)$ and the total mark $(100\%).$ It will also show the average mark at the end of the table as well as calculate and show the total mark column.
