Hint: If you wanted to determine the fewest number of coins you can have if you have $79$ cents in change. You can determine the number of quarters by doing the following calculation: $\frac{79}{25},$ which would tell you $3$ quarters. $79\%25$ would tell you how many cents are left over when the quarters are removed from the total.
