Write a c programme game where the computer asks you to think of a whole number between 1 and 250 and then the computer tries to guess that number. If the computer guesses correctly you should enter 0, if it guesses too high you should enter 1 and if it guess too low you should enter -1. The computer should keep guessing until it gets the right answer. The computer should print how many guesses it made and should be able to win in fewer than 8 guesses.
