Write a checklist in which you do the following:

Read the construction agreement below. Assume that you are the Project Manager for Fancy Construction LLC$,$ responsible for the implementation and completion of the contract. Prepare a checklist that you would use to implement the project, assuming you would create a Milestone Chart and Work Breakdown Structure $($WBS$)$ after reading this contract. Make any assumptions you feel are necessary in order to implement and perform on the contract, making sure you don$$t materially alter the contract. $($Your assigned deliverable is the checklist and not a more detailed WBS$).$

Construction Agreement: This Construction Agreement is made this $10$th day of December $2022$ by and between Fancy Construction LLC located at $12$ Hope Street, Boston, MA $($hereinafter called Contractor$)$ and Mary Smith located at $20$ Charity Street, Boston. MA $($hereinafter called Owner$)$

Construction: Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials necessary to replace ten kitchen cabinets in the home at $20$ Charity Street, Boston, MA $($hereinafter referred to as Project$).$ Owner warrants that she is the owner of this property and has the legal right to authorize this work.

Plans: Contractor shall construct the Project in conformance with the attached Drawing, which describes specifications and costs. The Project will be completed in a workmanlike manner. Contractor is not responsible for labor or materials other than those listed in the Drawing. Contractor reserves the right to make changes and$/$or substitutions to the specifications in the Drawing as may be necessary because of the unavailability of materials through Contractor$$s ordinary and usual sources of supply, provided the changes are of equal or better quality and there are no additional costs to Owner.

Time: Contractor shall begin the Project on January $5,2010,$ and shall complete it by March $31,2010.$ This commitment is conditioned on access to the Project location between the hours of $7$:$00$ a$.$m$.$ and $4$:$00$ p$.$m$.$ Monday through Friday. Should access not be available for all or any portion of this time, the Project$$s completion date of March $31,2010$ may be extended or the Project cost may be increased.

Owner$$s Responsibilities: Owner shall provide access to the Project location as described above. The actual Project site shall be cleared of all personal items, broom clean, and free of debris. When Contractor is working on the Project at the Project site, Owner shall cause there to be no people or animals within the boundaries of the area determined by Contractor other than those authorized by Contractor. Owner shall safeguard any Contractor materials necessary to be left at the project site prior to completion of the Project. Owner shall provide uninterrupted water and $220-$volt electrical service to the Project site.

Payment: Owner shall pay Contractor the sum of Five Thousand Dollars $($$$5,000)$ for the completion of the Project. This amount shall be paid as follows: One Thousand Dollars $($$$1,000)$ on signing this agreement and Four Thousand Dollars $($$$4,000)$ within three days of Contractor$$s notice that the Project is completed.

Legal Terms: This agreement is binding on the heirs, executors, administrators, and successor in the interest of the respective parties. If payment to Contractor is not made when due, Owner shall pay Contractor$$s reasonable attorneys fees, collection charges, and interest on all past due amounts at the rate of $18\%$ per annum. Owner agrees that acceptance of payment after default shall not be deemed a waiver by Contractor of any action or right that may arise by reason of such default. This agreement including the attached Drawing contains the entire agreement between the Contractor and Owner concerning the Project and nothing is binding on either of them that is not contained in this agreement. Any agreement or modification of this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties to be binding.
