I am talking in the worker perspective. I believe that having the productivity tracking system would be a positive effect for the business. Since we do work in a high volume warehouse it is essential that we have a a good packing time. This is very important for the fact that many of the workers can sometimes get in the hang of moving slower than others and it is very important that everyone is on the same page while we are at work. The reason that I believe that this would be a good effect for the company is because it would make sure that everyone was always on track. We could also do things such as rewards for people to make the highest packing time. This would always make the company look better and probably make the sales higher as this would be able to prove to the customers that their time is a priority to us. This would also be able to show the leaders of the company that much of their employees have a good work ethic which would then set them up for future success. The importance of making a good packing time would bring many benefits to not only the company but also the employees working for the company. Although to me this would be a positive effect there are some negatives that could come with this. The main negative trait that could come out of this is people might take it offensive in a way. Some people might even take it as far as quitting because they are now being held accountable when maybe sometimes they haven't been. Overall, I believe that this would be a positive effect because of the way that this is so important for the company and the companies success.
