Working Captial Consulting (WCC) are offering a research and analytics position with a difference. They are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with the ability to use financial and accounting intelligence, coupled with an economics twist, to analyse information. You will join their team as an Research and Analytics Specialist. You will work with experienced sales and marketing and consulting professionals and join regular meetings to collaborate on developing business. Specific training will be provided as part of the induction.

This role is part of the Student Business Partnership (SBP) scheme and offers flexible hours (up to 15 per week) to fit around your study schedule. This role offers hybrid working where you can work remotely or from offices in London.''

Purpose of the Role

WCC have successfully employed several students over the last 5 years providing opportunities to grow and learn. In this role, you will use financial and accounting intelligence, coupled with an economics twist, to analyse information. Duties and Responsibilities

• Research into Business Sectors and Companies across UK, Europe, and America
• Preparing regional assessments on economic developments and forecasts
• Complete detailed company Analysis and Benchmarks
• PowerPoint Presentations

About You (Person Specification)

Degree and Attainment

• This role would ideally suit a First- or Second-year Business and or Economics undergraduate.
• You must be a current student at the University for the duration of the internship.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and work to procedures and deadlines

Personal Qualities and Attributes

• Ability to prioritise and work to procedures and deadlines

Knowledge

• Good knowledge of accounting practices and how companies present figures
• Knowledge and capability using Linked in, and Mailchimp.
• An awareness of large corporations
