As our Human Resource Generalist, you'll:
Be the master of employee information, maintaining and updating our HR system like it's nobody's business.
Be the welcoming committee for new hires, conducting onboarding and orientation like a pro.

Be the policy expert, staying up to date on all HR and company policies and providing coaching or advice to managers and employees.

What you bring to the table:
A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or something equally impressive
If you dont have at least years of experience being an awesome HR generalist in a Canadian company, this may not be the right position for you.
