In the 1800s, three main races inhabit the island, black, hispanic, and white. They all came to the island at the same time but at different areas on the island. As they explored and ventured inwards they finally collided and were aware of each others presence. A war started and they fought for weeks until they made a truce which is known as the Treaty of Monte' and divided the land into 3 states. Each state has its own governor, the three governors jointly represent the leadership of the entire country on a global stand point. The name of the three states are O'Matobo, Luna de Bonita and Nalthis. Each state has its own language and the each individual is suppose to be fluent in all three languages. The schools in each state teaches the languages of the other two states. The currency of Hispania is the Goria Rupee which displays the treaty of monte' on the back of each note.
