Write a function issorted that takes an iterable of numerical values as input and returns a Boolean indicating whether or not the iterable is sorted. The function will also take a keyword argument called order$\_$type. order$\_$type can take one of three values, they are: "either", "increasing", or "decreasing". If it is "increasing" the function will have the same behavior as isincreasing$.$ If it is "decreasing" the function will have the same behavior as isdecreasing.
