Write a function named as

"build profile' for building a dictionary containing everything we

know about a student. This function has three parameters, the first parameter describes the

student's ID, the second parameter describes the student's school with a default setting value as

ZJUT, the third parameter is an arbitrary argument that can accept any number of keyword pairs.

For example, when we call this function like build profile('L20192610000', Location = 'China', Age

23), it will return a dictionary as ('ID': 'L20192610000', 'School': 'ZJUT', 'Location': 'China', 'Age': 23).

Call this function twice by passing different students and different numbers of keyword pairs.
