Write a function that accepts input vector x and returns the number of elements of x with value between xmin and xmax. Ask user to input values xmin and xmax at the beginning of the procedure. Use vector x from rsig.mat to test the file. (the vector x from that file consists of 1000 numbers ranging from 0.0044 to 0.67) Function should find the number of elements in a given vector x that have value between given two values (xmin and xmax), therefore it should be

y=count_values(x, xmin, xmax)

after that you can use it in a script that asks user to input selected values (for example between 1 and 2) and calls the function to count how many elements satisfy the condition.
