Write a Java class, which is signs a letter grade to quiz scores according to the following rules: 90-100 is an A, 80-89 is a B, 70-79 is a C, 60-69 is a D, and anything less is a F. The program should prompt the user for a integer quiz score, and then output the corresponding letter grade.

-use Scanner class to read the quiz grade

-use while or do-while or a while loop to repeat the input, until grade is between 0-100.

-use either if-else if-else or switch- case statement for ranges of grades
