BAC $=(4\mathrm{.}136$ x numDrinks x ouncesAlcohol$)/($weight$)$

$$ numDrinks is the number of drinks ingested.

$$ ouncesAlcohol is the number of ounces of alcohol per drink.

$$ weight is the weight of the drinker in pounds.
