Write a java program called "Kill2.java". This program will read in a string from the command line and then it will print the same string, with its second character removed to the screen. In other words, after you run the program will print "java Kill2 spin", "sin". Your program must read just one string from the command line then print the same string with the second character omitted, then exit. Your code should not crash if you type in a string containing fewer than two characters. Instead, an error message should be printed.
