Write a java program/method which returns true if the time provided as argument_1 is older than the time provided as argument_2, else false.

The function returns a boolean value. The two-time values are passed as String objects and the time is stored in YYYY-MM-DD-hh-mm-ss format in these strings. For instance: 2020-01-21-21-07-45.

IMPORTANT: Cannot use any Date/Time manipulation libraries in this method, cannot use system.exit(0) anywhere in method, cannot perform input and output in method (use the main method to test)
