a) Generates a random (N elements) row vector with integer values between -25
and 45.
b) For the vector generated in part (a), determine the sum of the vector elements
which are positive and divisible by 5.
c) Sort the numbers in ascending order and descending order in two vectors and
save the sorted vectors only in a mat file called Prob4Results.mat.
