Write a MATLAB script that generates 1000 random quadratic polynomials of the form x^2 + bx + c, where b and c are random real numbers between ?10 and 10. (Do NOT use randi, since that will only give random integers.) The script should then plot each (b,c) pair with b on the x-axis and c on the y-axis with this color scheme: (b,c) is red if x^2 +bx+c has no real roots. (b,c) is blue if x^2 +bx+c has at least one real root.
