Write a message to my bosses boss stating that things have gotten out of control and something needs to be done and that the staff is very unhappy with how things have been playing out. These things include overordering resulting in a very unsafe workplace in the back overstock is way over our heads which is not safe. She defrosted the freezer without a plan on how to collect the water that resulted in water getting underneath all of the shelving units. Talking to other employees about other employees which is very inappropriate. She refuses to hire men. She leaves us short staff knowing that we need one more employee to be hired to cover shifts but is not doing anything about the hiring process. There are no repercussions for employees who repeatedly make the same mistakes knowing that they are mistakes. Her performance reviews were highly unprofessional which also clearly states that she has no idea what her staff do you want daily basis. She made me late on multiple occasions on Thursday morning trucks until she got her write up this also resulted in me clocking in late because I do not have a key. During the interview process couldn't tell the wage but told me it was competitive with no dollar amount yet it's not competitive. Doesn't believe I am in school and has been stating this to other employees but me$.$ Not allowed vacations in December but she managed to be able to take a vacation in December which how was that fair. She constantly belittles her employees using her authoritative position. Health issues include crickets in the bathroom and black mould behind the toilet PPE issues include the basics like soap paper towel and toilet paper which is not provided and often forgotten to be purchased by her. She tends to do personal things during work hours including planning a house behind the cash while in customers and employees are around. She makes schedule changes without a discussion knowing people have other commitments as well. And lastly she has relatives working inventory day and she's going to pay them by purchasing dog food for them. Please write me a detailed letter that I can send to her bosses and HR
