Write a method called rmchars(), which is passed a String s and a char c. The method returns a new String which is just like s, but with any instance of the character c removed. For example, if s is the String "Chips Movie", and c is i, the method returns the String "Chps Move". Do not do any input or output in your method, i.e., there should be no System.out.println() or use of Scanner in your method. Please make sure that the method can read a string that has multiple words.
