Write a method that accepts a 1D array of 20 scores as a parameter. Your method must determine the average score and then find out how many scores are above or equal to the average and how many scores are below the average. All the calculations and displaying of output must be done inside the method.

Example Output:

Average is 77

15 scores were above or equal to 77

5 scores were below 77
